Good news, if you have a referral for a Chronic Disease Management care plan (previously EPC) from your GP, you can book in here for heavily subsidised physio sessions - making physio as affordable as possible.

If you have had a condition for 6 months or more, you may be eligible for a GP care plan which gives you 5 subsidised allied health sessions per year. If your GP refers you to physio, they can use our referral portal to send us your referral for up to 5 physio sessions under Medicare.
